• They take care of your website’s technical needs, such as keeping it secure, updated, and functioning properly over time. Sunhead Media provides technical support and addresses any issues that may arise. 

• They cover most of the ongoing costs associated with a website. All websites on the internet require at least two paid services: domain name registration and hosting. If you currently have a website online, you are already paying for these services. Websites built by Sunhead Media require a third service, software called Elementor, which allows for advanced customization of WordPress websites. 

– Without a management plan, you are responsible for the costs associated with domain name registration, hosting, and the Elementor software license. 

– With the lowest tier management plan, Sunhead Media covers hosting, the Elementor license, and monitors and addresses potential issues with your website.

– The higher-tier management plans include additional benefits. 

– In every scenario, the client is responsible for domain name registration. Below is a breakdown of each option. The prices do not include domain name registration as this is always handled by the client.

1. No Management Plan ($8 – $25/month minimum)

Clients manage their websites independently, incurring hosting and software expenses, and are responsible for managing the technical aspects of a website.

Cost of hosting: $3 – $20/month depending on the hosting service and requirements. Cost of Software: $59/year – Every Sunhead Media website requires an Elementor license.
Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for the website once it is delivered and agreed to be finished. After the website is delivered, Sunhead Media’s rate to work on the website is $60/hr.

2. Essential Management Plan: $39/month

The Essential Management Plan is an ideal choice for those who prefer to avoid handling the technical aspects of managing a website. With this plan, clients are not allotted time for content updates/change assistance. After the website is delivered, Sunhead Media’s rate to make content chnages on the website is $60/hr.

Cloud Hosting with Dedicated Resources ( $10/month value ): Your website is hosted on a reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
Website Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Sunhead Media takes responsibility for keeping a close eye on your website’s performance and addressing any technical issues that arise.
Security and Software Updates: Your website will remain secure and up-to-date with the latest software updates, keeping it safe from potential threats and optimized for performance.
Weekly Backups: Regular backups are performed weekly to ensure your data is safe and can be restored in case of any unexpected issues.
Elementor Pro Page Builder License ( $59/year value): This is a premium WordPress plugin that allows advanced customization of your website. The yearly license cost of $59 is included in the package.
Recommended Software: The plan includes additional paid software like CleanTalk Anti-Spam ($12/year), WP Rocket ($59/year), and Rank Math SEO ($59/year) for no additional cost to you. These are not vital for the website to function, but they can enhance its performance and user experience.

3. Total Management Plan: $59/month

The Total Management Plan is designed for those who prefer a totally hands-off website management experience. In addition to handling all the technical aspects of the website, this plan provides added value through monthly traffic reports and content update assistance.

Everything in the Essential Management Plan: Cloud Hosting with Dedicated Resources, Website Monitoring and Issue Resolution, Security and Software Updates, Weekly Backups, Elementor Pro Page Builder License, and Additional Recommended Paid Software.
Monthly Traffic Report: Sunhead Media provides a report every month on your website’s visitor statistics and traffic sources.
Content Updates: You receive six hours of content update/change assistance per year. Simply send an email with your update requests and Sunhead Media will handle the rest.

4. Premium Management Plan $99/mo 

The Premium Management Plan adds value through added content update time (1 hour per month) and a biennial website redesign.

Everything in the Total Management Plan: Cloud Hosting with Dedicated Resources, Website Monitoring and Issue Resolution, Security and Software Updates, Weekly Backups, Elementor Pro Page Builder License, Additional Recommended Paid Software, and Monthly Traffic Reports.
